To register your home telephone for IVR
When you next book a taxi from home using your home telephone number (Land Line) just ask one of our operators to register your telephone.
Once you have registered and you next ring for a taxi on 0161 766 6666 you will hear an automated message asking if you would like a taxi from your registered address which will be read out to you. To confirm you would like a taxi press (1) on your keypad. At this point your taxi will be booked and you will be given a booking reference number. If you don’t want a taxi for straight away or just wish to speak to an operator, you can do so by pressing (0) on you key pad at any time.
To register your mobile for IVR
Fill out the form below with your details and up to three pick-up locations with a short name of your choice for each pick-up. For example, number 1 could be your home address, 2 could be your place of work and 3 your local pub. The idea is to put down your three most used pick up locations in ascending order.
Once your mobile is registered and you next ring for a taxi on 0161 766 6666 you will hear an automated message asking if you would like to book a taxi for now and will read out your first chosen registered pick up point, if this is correct then just press (1) on your key pad. At this point your taxi will be booked and you will be given a booking reference number. If it is not the correct address you can press (3) on your key pad and your other chosen pick up points will be read out to you for you to make another selection. If you don’t want a taxi for straight away or just wish to speak to an operator, you can do so by pressing (0) on your key pad at any time.
This service is only available for ASAP bookings. If you do wish to make an advanced booking you will need to press (0) on your key pad when you hear the automated message, this will put you through to an operator as stated above.
This service will only be available to regular customers whose mobile numbers are recognised in our system.
